Hey, I just started an account here today, I started my exercise routine to . You can tell from my screename but I'll say it anyway. I <3 budokon. It's the first workout I've tried that I've actually enjoyed. I still need to figure out my eating plan. I was thinking about a 5 small meals a day type thing, at least until school starts. I'm 15 and I'm almost a sophomore, I've been pudgy for since I was 5 or 6 and now I'm just letting it go too far. I'm 171 lbs and my doctor said I need to lose weight before it gets out of hand. The reason I want to lose weight is b/c of my self esteem I guess. Like if I said "Wish me luck" and somebody said "Good luck!" I'll think "Yeah right, good luck, they want me to fail." or "Hey, you look nice" I think "Uh huh, sure. You're just being polite" But I've made up my mind and I'm not changing it.
