Hello everyone, I'm new here obviously and decided to register. Recently I've been trying to think of fun outdoor activites that I can do on my own such as running and biking, but since those are activities that I currently do I was looking for something new. I did some searches on the internet and came across this forum (which seemed the most user friendly, and had great topics). Also it seems that this board is concerned more with actual health and fitness rather than, juiced-out, steroidal types of "fitness".
So anyway, I'm 20 years old love to excercise and hope to get to know you all. I guess my goal is build my enduarance, but also to gain a normal ammount of muscle. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 150, so I'm in need of some meat on my bones. Since all I do is run, my upper body has been neglected. I'm in need of some good advice
