I've been busy with fitness for 2 years now, but only the last 1,5 year has been serious.
The first half year I've been struggling with building the discipline and endurance. Then I had a year of really building up my endurance and toning my body. But this last half year I've gotten very serious by joining a gym and researching and changing my food patterns.
So far I've grown from a lazy and muscleless geek into someone who's muscles finally get a bit visible.
The last few months I've been bulking and it sure made results in me lifting a lot more weight, but I've also gained 15 pounds. Eeek!
Time for fatburning now!
I like weightlifting best, but when needed I mount the cardiomachines.
My supplements of choice are wheypowder, creatine, ginger, cocoa and chilipeppers.![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
My goal: a not too thin, but neither fat well muscled body with the muscles devided in a balanced way.
