Since my last goal was pretty stupid, and short. I decided not to keep using it, and to switch to more of a long term goal, with smaller side goals.
Since I'm going to buy a FULL gym for my house on, probably monday, going to the gym will be less of a hastle, since it's going to be right next to my bedroom.
This goal will take 1 year to complete, and will start with bulking - of course. The bulking faze will last 8 months, 9 if I'm lagging behind near the end. During this time I will be eating 4000 calories a day, 250 g of protein a day, and and my intake of carbs will depend on how my BF % is raising.
When I'm done this, I will go to cardio. I currently I don't have a 'goal' because I'm not sure how much fat I will add on... Maybe nothing - yea right. This will last at most 4 months, if I'm happy with my weight, and bf%, I will shorten the cardio faze length.
Current weight: 140
Goal weight: 180
Goal for bulking: 190 pounds
Cardio: what ever I need to loose...
Pounds per month: 6.25
Lbs per week: 1.5
Meh. I'll do it - I've got tons of time.
