Good day all , my name is Corey and I have struggled with obesity my entire life.
I have an incredible journey to share that is still in the works. I have gained a ton of knowledge over the years and want to share with others who struggle.
In short I have finally figured out how to lose weight.
I started at close to 500 pounds and a Dr telling me to start making arrangements for my family because I was not going to be here much longer.
I will start a diary in that section and invite all to hear my story and I hope to help many along the way.
