CAn you help me. I Just posted and I feel very sad there isn't anything i can do. I am in perimenopause and gained weight and I take medication for depression and anxiety. GUys can be assh(les. I Look much youngerr than 50 so here in Eastern EUrope i Hear them laugh and say DIET Behind my back. AS if i would ever look at them to begin with. I Am handling the mood swings and hormonal fluctuations the best way I can. I Think people should SHut UP About anyone over 35 who looks overweight because they could be going through menopause. i will not starve myself because they are rude.
