I am 31 years old and I have 3 little girls aged 5, 3 and 1. I gained 65 pounds in each of my pregnancies. After my 2nd child was born I worked hard and lost all the baby weight. I felt great! Then child number 3 came along. I started with the weight loss a month after she was born. The weight started coming off very quickly in the beginning. I set a goal to lose all my pregnancy weight by the time my daughter was a year old. I told myself it took 9 months to gain the weight that allowing a year to lose it would be more than enough. I still have 7 pounds of pregnancy weight to lose and another 10 to reach my goal weight of 130 pounds. My biggest problem is I am so tired and busy all the time that it's hard to fit in my exercise. My daughter has been a very difficult baby and it makes it hard. If I go on my treadmill when she is sleeping it wakes her up, if I do it while she is awake she is crying for me. I would love to join a gym but it makes it so hard with 3 little ones at home to fit it into my daily routine. My hubby is always at work so that doesn't help matters much. My neighbor suggested going to a place where they offer childcare but my 1 year old makes strange so bad that she wouldn't stay with someone she doesn't know and I would worry about her the whole time I was working out. I would love to hear any suggestions or words of advice.
