Hi Guys,
I'm a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritionist as well as being a Herbalife distributer.
I have hundreds of customers seeing amazing weight loss results when using our products. If you haven't given Herbalife a go then i strongly recommend it.
A Herbalife weight management course not only helps you lose weight but also gives your body all the nutrients and minerals it needs. Energy levels will increase as well as feeling a lot happier and healthier.
For best results you replace breakfast and dinner with a F1 Shakes (8 flavours and taste great), have a big healthy lunch and then replace dinner with a shale too.
With every shake or meal you take 1 multivitamin tablet (pharmaceutical graded) and 2 fibre tablets (help you feel full up and gives you recommended daily intake of fibre).
You also have a herbal tea (4 flavours and burns 80 calories reducing body fat)
You may have heard people say 'When you come off Herbalife you balloon' I can confirm this is utter rubbish. If you eat badly then yes you will put on weight. If you come off the programme and eat well its fine.
I use the products myself and i have never felt fitter and as healthy.
If you're interested then either message me on here or give me an email at robswainept@hotmail.co.uk
Thanks
Rob
