Herbalife supplements

My husband wanted to sell herbalife products and like most - has failed and now we are stuck with so much product! I am trying to use them so as to not completely waste our money.

But I have a few question - will my body become used to them that once I am totally in shape that I will still need them or will I be able to stop? I dont want to have to buy them again later.

By the way if any of your are interested in 1/2 price herbalife products let me know!

But here is what I am using should I stop? Or can I just use them since i have it and already paid for them? It seems like a lot too but it's what the program tells u to take. Actually it says more like 2 of everything but I only do 1 except for a few.

- Fiber Tablets (1 morning/afternoon/night): A blend of dietary fibers, including citrus and oat, supports healthy elimination when on a calorie-controlled diet while engaging in moderate exercise.*Helps you feel fuller and more satisfied, reducing the temptation to overeat.*

-Snack Defense (2 at dinner): A blend of natural ingredients including Gymnema sylvestre, Garcinia cambogia, and chromium polynicotinate.
Garcinia cambogia a natural source of hydroxycitric acid, may help to aid in appetite control.*

Drink a tea: Includes the health benefits of green tea and select herbs. 1-2 times a day
Sometimes make a shake with their powder and will add protein powder - will drink this for breakfast normally and/or sometimes lunch.
 
List the ingredients or we really can not say. Or a link perhaps that shows the ingredients and %.

I am also curious about these products, I just started taking the tea, I mix half a teaspoon with a half gallon bottle of water and then I drink another half gallon of water mixed with another half a teaspoon to drink through out the day. Gives it a little better taste dosent really give me any extra energy or anything, but It helps me go through 1-2 gallons of water a day. Should I stop taking it or, Is it ok?

Multivitam =

Decent, does not contain the average fillers and crap most multis do. Have a decent amount(%) of Vitamins and some minerals. Overall its not that bad, not the best but not bad. Major down side is the fact its Made in China(their polution, and use of pesticides that are outlawed her among other reasons is why no one shoudl consume a prodcuct from China). The amount of the "herbs" in it are far to little to have an affect though.

Total Control =

Wont harm you, though the help will likely be negligible. The Amount needed to cause an affect noticeable is just not present here. If you have a large amount of these you might as well use them.

Cell Activator =
Far to low to cause a noticeable affect on the body. Nothing in it that will do any real harm. So use it if you wish.

Cell U Loss =
Complete garbage. This will not help one loose cellulite.

Snack Defense =
Not quite sure. I know though if their goal was to help blood sugar levels they would have done better to use different ingredients(such as cinnamon which has been clinically proven to help blood sugar as much as 50%)

Fiber Pills =
Not near enough fiber. Though wont hurt you so take if you wish.

Tea =
Higher doses of these elements are needed for the affect it claims. Though wont harm you.

Protein Powder =
Not the strongest (highest protein) but not to bad.

Shake =

Not to bad, one ingredient leaps out at me (artificial flavors AKA chemicals). Other then that its decent. Wont harm you so take it if you wish.

Overall, These products are not the best on the market but they are decent. If you have a large amount stockpiled then go ahead and indulge. Do not expect much beyond the multi though.

So if I take these for awhile will I have any bad affects once I run out and stop?
Unfortunately I have quite a bit! But I eventually just want to use what I have and then stop but would rather not use if it's only going to hinder me once i stop.

No, nothing bad will come from halting any further supplementation at some point in the future.

I would suggest you continue using a multi Vitamin though(whether it be this one or a different one).

The amount of caffeine in just one pill is equal to that as a full cup of coffee i would not suggest more then one pill a day.
