It's a little difficult to work out a routine for someone until we know your goals, or what you want to achieve. I have some basic exercises on my blog which you could have a look at .
But there are many exercises you could do, once again, it depends on what you want to get out of it. There are just simple bodyweight exercises you can do even without dumbells, like pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, squats, planks and so on. As I said, have a look at my blog which has some exercises as well as the number of sets and reps you should be doing depending on what you want to achieve.
