Eating clean chicken is correct for one good food source; however, a well balanced diet (of carbs, protiein, and good fats) which inlcudes veggies, whole grains and wheat, whole fruit, other clean meat, and the essential water, is a better composite group. With this said, and dependent upon the current condition of the person, a deficit diet is the MOST essential factor and then along with the composite group I mentioned. I also include overall weight training (and I havent mentioned any ab work, which is LAST in the equation) Eating chicken alone isnt a wise decision and in itself, WILL NOT get anyone cut abs. One food item, doesnt get the job done.
I will admit, I laughed when I saw this post. Were you serious in thinking this young man?.......just asking
