Help

Hello,

I am 18, 6 foot 1 and weigh between 9-10 stone which is about 10-20 pounds underweight.

I need advice on the quickest and safest way to gain between 10-20 pounds so I get upto a more suitable weight and I would also like advice on how to get more muscly and get stronger arms and legs.
