help

yeh so i've been liftin for a couple of months...i mean i got a lil bit bigger but do not have much definition on my arms...i do cardio twcie a week only teh stationary bike since i tore my acl in my knee earlier on and am waiting for surgery...can u guys gimme some workouts or tips on what to do to get big and also have defintion....u kno that "beach body" cuz its aroudn teh corner lol...thanx
 
u should try using an Eliptical Trainer for a better cardio ... i tore my PCL a couple years ago and it works perfectly .. after a year on that, i can now actually run (once in awhile), but i did manage to completely get rid of my brace except for skiing.
as for getting big WITH definition, that's two different goals w/ the second being the hardest. I would start with getting some definition first, and then work on size ... i find that most people have trouble trimming down the fat once they have built up the bulk ...
 
what is an elipcital trainer...i never heard of that...yeh so u think i should just do toning for my arms now??? and what exaclty is toning in terms of reps and sets...and should i jus lift for my other body parts for mass...how does it work??
