help

i need tips on burning fat, i run two miles every other day and i do a full body workout and im not seeing any results
 
check your diet. The physical activity only accounts for a portion of overall weight loss.
 
i have a pretty good diet, i eat a bowl of oatmeal with added protein and a piece of fruit for breakfast, a pbj with wheat bread for a snack, then a large salad for lunch then a shake for a snack and then whatever theres left to eat for dinner usually more salads, but its pretty gross after a while
 
Do you know how many calories you're taking in?
Your diet doesn't sound too great to me, can you post your diet in more detail? It sounds too low in just about everything
 
You just want each meal to be balanced, so each meal should have some protein, some carbs (complex and some simple) and some essential fats. Let's say you want to take in 1800 calories a day, you would try and keep each meal to around 300 cals. It's really not that hard to do.
