Ok, here is what I am considering having for dinner. Please give me ur honest opinions....

Make the stuffing and wrap the chicken around it.
Apply butter, pepper and salt to the chkn. Put in a baking dish and make
sure you add water (quarter of an inch). Cover with foil and bake.

I thought of that with peas might be a good dinner. Yes? No? I also thought that since I don't particularly do stuffing, if I left that out of my dinner would that be healthy?

Hi Wendy--

I would leave out the butter, even though it may make it taste better. Perhaps add some spices to help replace that, such as basil or rosemary. Hope this helps.

don't have any. LOL oh and I had to use little red potatoes instead of stuffing. Is that now a bad dinner?

Well since stuffing consists mainly of bread. I would use whole grain bread, and limit the amount. I've made some mashed sweet potato before with lil salt n' pepper and I loved it. Although depends on your taste buds and if your a picky eater or not.

For your stuffing... I haven't had it since thanksgiving, but adding some broccoli already boiled so its soft wouldn't kill ya.. and its a very good veggie.

Well I had 2 MacDonalds quater pounders, 2 large fries, 1 chicken salad, 1 apple pie, and a cheese burger.

I dont advise this diet for people trying to loose weight... or live till they are over 50.

But it was nice.
