Ok im 5'9''ish and like 140 pds any tips on how to loose wwith i NEED to get in shape to apply to ANNAPOLIS NAVAL ACADEMY and im doin philmont a 75 mile trek w/ 55 pd pack.

P.S. Ive been working out n eating right i just have a really slow metabolism how can i help it go faster i dont eat junkfood and i really only drink water juice and milk.....

Also can i get some tips on stamina exercise and how to improve my stamina?

well for your metabolism you need to monitor your calorie intake and cut it down 500+ calories..

Also, why would you want to lose weight at your height?

For stamina, just keep at it and practice, dont start off too fast too early and learn to run correctly etc.
