Help?

I have a goal to be down to a size 6 by July 2017 and I am wondering if its possible. I have already gone down from a size 16 to a 12 but I'm starting to worry that I won't achieve my goal of losing 1-2 more stone by July 2017 and i don't know what to do. I'm also wondering if I should buy the bbg guide by Kayla Itsines and see if that would speed it up quicker, or the Julian Michael's DVD. If there are any tips or diet plans you guys can tell me about it will be much-appreciated thanks!
 
Nothing fancy. Keep your caloric intake 25% below your recommended intake and exercise (both cardio and weight training, 50/50) ... diet is 80% of the battle, though.

It's Defo possible. Just keep doing what ur doing. A risky tip is to buy the dress u want to wear in the size six. That way, u ll have to be that size to wear it.
But just make sure a size six is a healthy weight for u.....if it is, then go for it!:)

Possible indeed weight training to build lean muscle while burning fat will definitely help you to not only loose inches but look better and curvier in the clothing you like to wear! This along with upping the protein in your diet eliminating salt, sugar, all processed foods (basically eating clean with more protein) tons of water at least a gallon a day ...no juices or soda eating more small meals throughout the day will increase your metabolism as well you'll have more energy for harder work-outs!
