Help!

Hello my name is Angie and I am 29 years old and I have been trying to lose weight now for 2 years. I had a baby and I am having a really hard time losing weight. It seems almost like anything I eat I gain weight. I have recently started with metabolic cooking does anyone know anything about it? Does it work? and is there anything else I can be doing? My current weight is 161 and I am 5'0". I am really tired of looking at myself in the mirror!!!
