HELP

Hi Everyone,


I'm a 24 year old male, 5'11. I'm 13 Stone 8 (193 Lbs) & wanting to get down to 11 ½ Stone (161 Lbs) by June 15th 2012.


My diet consists of:


Breakfast - Scrambled egg (made in microwave, 3 eggs, a bit of butter & milk)

Snack - Apple or Veg/Chicken soup

Lunch - Salad/Veg with Chicken/Mackerel/Tuna

Snack - Turkey pieces

Dinner - Salmon/Chicken/Pork with Veg


I also drink 3 litres of water a day, there or there abouts.


I go the gym 4 times a week, I'm currently doing 1 cardio session1 then 3 weight sessions. I'm usually in the gym for no more than an hour.


I weighed myself last week and I was 13 Stone 7 & obviously I've gone up this week. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?


I've been doing this for about 2 weeks, my face looks like its lost a bit. Is it a case of sticking at it? I definetly feel healthier and I used to be so tired, but now I feel like I've got bags of energy in such a short time of exercising & changing my whole way of eating.
