help

im 20 yrs old 5'8 and about 180 pounds....im trying to get down to low 170's and still get bigger muscle wise...is there anything i should be taking to help muscle growth or to just help me keep the fat down?
 
In general, you want to make sure you have your diet and workout in order first. After that, maybe look into a few supplements if you want.
Fat burners and the like are pretty much useless - they are mostly caffeine and other diuretics. A protein powder to help get in enough protein can be helpful, but again, it should be in addition to a good eating plan.
