Hey everyone, I'm a single mother who is desperate to shift around 28 lbs, specificallly from the old middle section. At only 20 (and with a surprise baby!) I have been diagnosed with post natal depression although I'm certain my depression stems from lack of self esteem. I need to throw myself into this, for fear of failing to maintain progress.
Any tips for motivating and at-home exercise? I can't afford any equipment but I have a couple of DVD's. Is it worth sticking to these daily? Will I see results with a balanced diet?
