Help!

Ok, I am 14. I have a question. i know im still growing, but still. Im at 5 foot 4 right now. I weigh 150-155 pounds(my scale is broken so its around there when i last checked). Ok, well i usually lift weights sometimes, and i do crunches. But i want to get slim. My doctor said my weight is healthy and normal, but my weight to height ratio isnt great. So if someone could giveme some tips to slim down at my age, that would be great./
 
You're diet will affect your body fat content more than exercise.

Get your diet in order, then worry about a exercise routine.
