help..

im a 16 year old female, 5'5 and i weigh about 145
i want to loose about 15-20 lbs before the new school year in septmember.. so i have about a month. what can i do? ive cut back on the meat and start going on this vegeterian diet thing. and i dance for about 1 hr and half each day. and bicycle for about 30 minutes 3 days a week. what can i actually do that will cut me down on those pounds faster.
 
isn't 20 pound a month too much ?
be patient u'll get to it.
As far as I know it is recommended to lose not more than 2 lbs per week. Any more drastic diet would result in muscle loss rather than fat loss.
If u wanna lose the fat only, go slowly ;)
