Help!

Lets see...i'm 17, way young for my age. I'm about 5'7"-8" i have the most awkward body build in the world. I'm only at around 125 LBS. I have the skinniest arms in the world. Then i have a FAT lower pouch and love handles. Next, I have decent-sized untoned Legs. My chest is decent sized, just not toned. my waiste size is a 29. I know i need to loose this pouch, but i also want to gain size.
 
any suggestions?
 
no i don't play sports... I want to gain size in my forearms...well arms in general and tone my chest. I'm pretty weak as it is. I do flys with freeweights kind of with 15s and i do bicep curls with 15s,( i struggle a lot with my left[non-dominant] arm) I really wanna loose this guy, while gaining size in arms and shoulders etc...
 
I suggest you start a weights program. After an initial phase to get you used to lifting, you can focus a bit more on the areas you want to work on. If you havent done weights before, you will need to find someone to show you correct technique and design a basic program for you.

there are lots of specific exercises to target your forearms, arms and shoulders.

Some sort of aerobic exercise can also help. One that uses you stomach a lot can help with the love handles.
 
Novac - I wish I'd have asked for advice at your age. First of all make sure you keep training FUN. Many times we get too caught up in the details of nutrition and training theories that we forget why we started in the first place. (I am now off my soap-box)

Anyway....
You should find a decent weight training program. (any thing in 8-12 rep schemes to start should be good - there are many many programs for newbies available out there)

Honestly, any decently structured program will result in huge gains for you if you stay consistant with the program and eat enough to support your new muscle. Make sure to train and eat smart but again I can't stress how important it is to discipline yourself and stay motivated and consistant with your training.
