Help would be appreciated.

hey, I'm 15 5ft11 122lbs. I'm currently trying to bulk up and I have a healthy diet and trying to get in those extra calories. I have no access to the gym.
I was wondering what sort of routine I should be looking at (trying to build muscle)
I have access to;
dumbells up to 4.5kg
pull up bar
pullup grips
and some hand grips
I'm looking mainly for upperbody muscle gain and will be able to buy heavier weights in around 6 weeks and a bench in a few months time.

enough to keep you going for 6 weeks and by then when you get the heavy weights do a search on the 5x5 routine:)
 
Just an idea to help you, be creative for example you have a pull up bar, put a bag on your back full of things, or your 4.5kg weight or anything that has a weight.

Get the bag to a weight that suits you and do pull ups with a bag on.
Or push ups with the bag on

Until you get the bench etc. Just stick to what you have got and use your creative side to increase the weight.
