Help with weight loss

Hellooo,

I've been trying to lose weight for years unsuccessfully. I put on about three stone somehow and didn't notice and for the last four years I've struggled to lose it, most I've managed is a stone but I ended up putting it back on again

I'm not necessarily aiming to get back to how light I was back then, as I know muscle weighs more and I'm not focused on the numbers just I want to be slim rather than excess chub everywhere

I'm still a size 10/12 albeit some waistlines are more restrictive than they were but all my clothes are still the same which is how I didn't notice. I still have muscle and strength I just want to burn this fat off as fast and safely as possible!

So basically any tips on diet and exercise?! I turned vegetarian just over a year ago in an effort to reduce my calorie intake and I eat a lot of alternative forms of protein. I'm currently on level 2 of the 30 day shred but I'd like to maximise this weight loss and actually be happy with how I look

Thanks for your help!

I think you might find value in logging and tracking how much you eat. A lot of people gain weight simply because they don't realize exactly how much they're eating.

Hi!:) I may be able to help you with weight loss. If you are interested, there is a 3-week diet course that has helped many to transform to their dream bodies. The link is right here, it might just be for you:https://tinyurl.com/jujuh4o hope this helps:)

Hey Em to get the best results we need to know where you are currently in terms of what foods you are eating...exercise and other stuff comes later...lets look at the basics first.

Here are a few tips

Make a 3 day food diary.
Focus on nutrition, not cals
Don't skip meals

Once you have done a food diary let me know and I will look at it for you and let you know (I am a qualified nutritionist) so I will be able to point you in the right direction.

I hope that helps
