Help with training

I am a skinny guy (5’ 11”, 65kg) I’m fast and have a good vertical jump and I have been going to the gym and getting considerably stronger but I haven’t put on any weight yet. I’m conserving using creatine or protein shakes, to help to add some weight, I don’t want to be a body builder or anything just add a bit of weight. I’m going to start a new training program in a week involving weights, running, swimming and plyometrics. Does anyone have any tips?
 
Are you eating enough ?? If you can post what a normal day of eating looks like for you, then I think we will be in a better position to give you advice.
 
For breakfast i usually have ceral toast and orange jucie, lunch most of the time i have a few ham or chicken sandwiches, dinner is usually something like chicken, steak, pasta or fish with veg. I snack during the day with chocolate and fruit.
 
Well it looks like you need to increase your protein intake at the least. I wouldn't suggest snacking on chocolates. You should be eating at least 5-7 smaller meals a day. Each meal should consist of a protein and a carb. Drink lots of water also.
 
Sorry but i have another question, When i go to the gym I just do a full body workout, should i change it i to working on 1 muscle group per sesion
 
Welcome Paul. No you can do full body workouts, many people just prefer to split up their routines.
