Weight-Loss Help with switching up my meals.

So im wondering if anyone wants to help and give me some ideas with switching up my meals?


For breakfast im content with cereal.


Now, for lunch and dinner what would you guys suggest is a good side for these.

-Chicken example. salad, potatoes, rice.....
(breasts)
(Legs)
(Thighs)

-Pork Chops

-Steak

-Tuna

Also, I work retail. Any good ideas for some midday snacks?
