Hello! I know healthy things to eat for lunch and dinner sometime include salad or vegetables. I cant and wont stomach salad or vegetables The only vegetables I enjoy are carrots, corn, and peas. I love fruit and meats and enjoy eating cereal a lot also (kashi or special k or even raisin bran). What are some good dinner and lunch choices?
Learn to like vegetables. Seriously. There are literally thousands of different vegetables and dozens of ways to prepare them. I flat out refuse to listen when someone says "I don't like vegetables" because it's a silly thing to say. Unless you've had every veggie, prepared every way there is to prepare it and still don't like any of it, you're just being picky.
