i want to eat more salad because its good for you, but the thing is I hate all dressings. I know that no dressing is good for you in the way of no extra calories, but because of that the salads are so plain, causing me to only eat them like once a week. Do any of you know anything else that is good to put on salads, that isnt very fattening?
 
i don't know but if i was you i would try making your own dressing even if you want to watch the calorie count in it just keep track of what you add and figure up you calories in the dressing you make and if there is a dressing you kinda like but think it needs something different try to fix it yourself plus there are cook books out there that have reciepes for all kinds of different dressings just work with it and see what you come up with it won't hurt to try
 
I make my own salad dressings- canola or olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, little bit of mustard (i usually put dijon) salt and pepper and whip it up with a fork and then put it on the salad and I love it.

It all depends on what kind of taste you want, whether you like tangy, or just something mildly flavorful. If you want any other recipes I'll try and find some for you.
