i want to eat more salad because its good for you, but the thing is I hate all dressings. I know that no dressing is good for you in the way of no extra calories, but because of that the salads are so plain, causing me to only eat them like once a week. Do any of you know anything else that is good to put on salads, that isnt very fattening?
