Help with putting foods in computer

Hey does anyone else use a computer to chart their fitness? I just got the sweet and it seems pretty cool so far but I have hit a wall. Entering workouts is pretty easy, just tell the machine what you did, how much it weighed and how many times you picked it up. Foods on the other hand have me kind of stumped.

Ok, sure I can just look at the back of the box or bag for information most of the time, but what about something like a ham sandwich? I really want to keep track of this because I kind of at a point where without proper diet it will be extremely hard for me to loose my remaining weight. I would really appreciate any help with this I could get, thanks!

That looks like some good software as well. I'm pretty happy with the programs I'm using, my problem is I need to learn more about what's in the foods I eat. So if you take my ham sandwitch delema, how do I enter that in? I guess I need to weigh the ham and get some figures. Then weigh the cheese and get some figures. Then I have the bread, and the tomato to enter in. The bread is easy but all this other stuff? I seems like it would be time for dinner before I got all my data to enter in lunch!
