Ok, to start of with I don't want anyone telling me that what I'm doing is bad. I have my own reasons to why I need to get to 80 lbs. It's a long story, so anyways I binge everyday for the pass few weeks. I get about 3,000 calories a day(witch is way to much). I'm a 5'5" female and currently weight about 110 lbs. Maybe 108 but somewhere around there. I need to get to 80 lbs, so I want to be on either a 1,500 or 1,200 or somewere inbetween diet. You help choose for me please. Also when should I eat and how much then? I get hunger a lot, mostly before lunch(9am-11am), (but not during lunch(12-2)) anyways, I also need to eat dinner around 6-6:30, any sooner and I'm hunger by 9pm an starving by 10:30pm. I also like a high fiber diet to help with my stomach problems. Also I have to fit it around my schedule.*
My schedule will be different when school starts. So for summer, Monday-Friday it's waking up at about 6am then swimming from 7:30-9:30 then I'm not doing anything in particular the rest of the day. That's when i usually binge because I'm board. I also like to go to bed at about 10:30pm. Sunday and Saturday I don't do anything either. During school it's waking up at 6am and school from 7:30am-2:45*and lunch at 12:45 or so. And then swimming every Monday-Friday from 3:15-6pm. Planning on just staying at school for swimming sense it's there. So I could bring a snack. And then on wendsdays I have church class straight after swimming til 8:30 and don't get home til about 9pm. So wendsday I could bring a dinner too. Btw I hate eating out. So, Thats it. How should I spread out the 1,500-1,200 calories so I won't get too hunger and binge and end up eating 3,000 calories? Please help me before I do become over weight. I'd like to get to 80 lbs asap.*
