Help with plan! So I can stop bingeing everyday and loose weight!

Ok, to start of with I don't want anyone telling me that what I'm doing is bad. I have my own reasons to why I need to get to 80 lbs. It's a long story, so anyways I binge everyday for the pass few weeks. I get about 3,000 calories a day(witch is way to much). I'm a 5'5" female and currently weight about 110 lbs. Maybe 108 but somewhere around there. I need to get to 80 lbs, so I want to be on either a 1,500 or 1,200 or somewere inbetween diet. You help choose for me please. Also when should I eat and how much then? I get hunger a lot, mostly before lunch(9am-11am), (but not during lunch(12-2)) anyways, I also need to eat dinner around 6-6:30, any sooner and I'm hunger by 9pm an starving by 10:30pm. I also like a high fiber diet to help with my stomach problems. Also I have to fit it around my schedule.*

My schedule will be different when school starts. So for summer, Monday-Friday it's waking up at about 6am then swimming from 7:30-9:30 then I'm not doing anything in particular the rest of the day. That's when i usually binge because I'm board. I also like to go to bed at about 10:30pm. Sunday and Saturday I don't do anything either. During school it's waking up at 6am and school from 7:30am-2:45*and lunch at 12:45 or so. And then swimming every Monday-Friday from 3:15-6pm. Planning on just staying at school for swimming sense it's there. So I could bring a snack. And then on wendsdays I have church class straight after swimming til 8:30 and don't get home til about 9pm. So wendsday I could bring a dinner too. Btw I hate eating out. So, Thats it. How should I spread out the 1,500-1,200 calories so I won't get too hunger and binge and end up eating 3,000 calories? Please help me before I do become over weight. I'd like to get to 80 lbs asap.*

And again, please don't tell me that it's a bad idea. I have my reasons that I do not wish to share. Thanks a bunch*

It would be really irresponsible for anyone to give you advice about how to get to a weight that has a high chance of killing you. Nobody here would want to be a contributing factor to someone's death.

All anyone can really tell you is that you desperately need to see a psychiatrist about your issue before you die. And don't kid yourself, 5'5" and 80lbs is a weight that can easily kill you.
 
Sorry hun...you've come to the wrong forum if you want THAT kind of advice. Your not going to get it.

Here at WLF. we promote health and well being....not ways to help injure yourself. I knwo you didn't want to hear it. Thats too bad. I HIGHLY doubt ANYONE on this forum is going to say anything different.
 
Then can I atleast find a way to soot over eating? I don't want to continue eating like I do, I tryed being normal but either I over eat or under eat. Maybe I do need help but I'm just not sure how to ask for help.
 
You can find an eating disorder counselor that can help you figure out what's going on in your head that you feel the need to get down to 80 lbs, to binge or to not eat enough.

Please talk to someone qualified to help you figure this out.

My guess would be is that the reason you binge sometimes is that at other times you are starving yourself. At your weight, you don't need to be on a weight loss regimen, you need to eat maintenance calories or even above maintenance because you may need to gain weight to be healthier.

I don't know to what extent you can just change your approach to food without medical help. Your current weight and your weight loss goal of 80 pounds suggests that you are suffering from an eating disorder, and you may need to see a doctor and take a medication like an SSRI to be able to look at food from the point of view of health.

I don't know how serious you are about health rather than just weighing a small amount, but young women die all the time from the complications of anorexia and it really is a mental health issue rather than just a decision to be extremely thin. The best thing you can do for yourself is to see a doctor.
 
If I die let it be a example to show that something should be done about the prussure to be thin and beautiful! I can't get over needing to look like the models! I won't die anyways, I'll catch myself just before I hit the bottom
 
One thing you have to understand is that everyone is responsible for their own choices. You are CHOSING to eat this way. You CANT blame it on the media.

You need to go get some professional help. Go use the resources listed above. Stop asking us what to do...we cant help you.

What you're experiencing is beyond the desire to look like women in the media. At 5'5" and 110lbs you ALREADY look like a model. 80 pounds is not beautiful, it looks horrid and scary just like the footage from Nazi concentration camps.

I don't say this to sound harsh, but in the hopes that it will make you realize that your goal is the result of a mental health issue that can't be addressed with diet.

And many women with eating disorders say they won't die but end up dead anyway. Even if you escape dying, you run the risk of otherwise damaging your heart, your bones and other parts of your body.

The kind of thing you want to do to yourself is what was done by force to political prisoners or to Jews in concentration camps. Read some books about people who survived the Soviet gulags or concentration camps, and see how being starved affected them. Don't delude yourself into thinking you're doing it to look beautiful, because the look you have right now is what actresses and models look like.

Are you a young woman? Can you talk to your parents about this, or to someone who would be able to get you help?

Girl, I'm 5'5" and my ultimate goal weight in 135! At 110 you are underweight and already in danger of causing harm to your heart, bones and other organs.

Depending on your body type, healthy weight for a female 5'5" is between 115 and 150. Your plan is to be 35 pounds underweight? And you think that's going to look good? It won't, you would look skeletal and sick. Google pics of concentration camp victims or people who suffer severe anorexia if you want to see what that will look like.

As far as thinking you'd be able to stop yourself before you die, you should maybe check out . One thing in particular that stood out to me was: "Anorexia nervosa has the highest death rate of any psychiatric illness (including major depression)." In other words, more people die from starving themselves, than suicides from depression.

That's roughly 17,000 people a year. Do you think they ALL didn't think they could stop themselves before they died?

Now, as far as stopping the binge cycle, it's probably because you starve yourself other times. In the end, you are in control, no one else; not us, not the media, not your "will power"... you. If you can't make yourself eat sensibly on a daily basis, seek professional help with someone to specializes in eating disorders. We are not professionals.

Don't mean to scare you, but I kinda do. I knew a girl that was your height and started around 150lbs decided to lose some weight. She took weight loss too far and ended up around 86 lbs (which looked very gross, btw.) She died in her sleep because her heart stopped due to malnutrition and the caffeine pills she was taking. She was 19. That was 6 lbs heavier than you are saying you want to be.
