Let's get into these details. I'm a 17 year old basketball player. 6'0 and 150 lbs so I'm by no means overweight I'm actually trying to gain as much muscle as possible. My basketball coach is putting me on this lifting program of 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off. I usually run a mile or two before I lift too so I can keep my cardio up. I'm getting stronger and things are going pretty good but I'm interested in how I could alter my diet to maximize gaining weight/muscle. I usually don't eat breakfast, then eat a pretty big lunch at school, then a big dinner, and a snack before I go to sleep. From what I've read that's probably the opposite of what I should be doing. I haven't ever been overweight but I've always had this little layer of fat over my midsection that keeps my six pack from being very defined. I want to get rid of this while still focusing on gaining weight if that's even possible. If someone could help me with a diet I would be very grateful. Along the lines of what time I should be eating, how many times, and what I should be eating. Thanks!
