help with my eating plan

hi im new , im not really trying to lose just maintain and im wondering if what i eat is A: enough?
B: healthy?
okay................
breakfast: 200g fat free yoghurt + 30g oats + 10g protein powder and fruit

SNACKS:40g nuts and 1 lrg apple

Lunch: tofu salad with 1 slice bread

Dinner: chicken breast and wholegrain roll and loads of steamed veggies

Snack: grilled green beans and raw mushrooms ???? what do you think?
 
how many calories/fat/protein/carbs does this food equal? Have you totalled all that up? Do you know what your calorie need is to maintain your weight?
 
wow i have no idea , i do feel tierd alot thou , im not sure im 163 cm and 45 kg , how much should i eat?
