Okay...ive been asking a few questions on here and seem to get great feedback, now i have a question about my diet and nutrition...
first i don't want to gain weight...i just want to have energy/stamina for days!! and strength and power at it's peak at the same size i am now?
what are some things that i need to keep in me? hearing about whey protein etc etc but is there anything else...?
i know most people here try and bulk up but maybe later...
i am 5'10 152 lbs and last time i checked i was 6% body fat...
