ok so ive tried to figure it out myself but it seems wrong so i was wondering if someone can help.

-i do a bodyweight workout 3 days a week and cardio 2-3 days (i think that might be needed for my activity level?)
so if you could help me figure out my daily calorie needs that would be great.
also, should i be eating 30/30/30 (protein/carbs/fats)?
