Help with losing weight...

I've lost just at 30 pounds, but I've been stuck for a month. It seems like no matter what I do my weight fluctuates between 202-205. I've tried not eating, I've tried eating more...I've changed what I eat, but I'm have a really hard time getting below 202. I usually eat oatmeal and toast with peanut butter for breakfast(I am not a breakfast eater at all but I try to eat something), lunch is usually turkey with string cheese, almonds, vegetables and a banana. And supper I usually eat whatever I fix everyone else to eat I just eat a much smaller portion. I do 120-150 squats a day, arm exercises with weights, and a few other exercises. I try to exercise for 30 minutes each day. I drink 100 ounces of water a day. I rarely drink pop or anything other than water. I drink V8 juice with my lunch. What can I do differently? I'm struggling and confused as to why I have suddenly stopped losing weight.
 
Hello! I know the struggle, I'm always between 195-205... I hate it. The only thing I think you could try is not consuming sugar? It seems you have sugar every time you eat. Do you do any cardio? If not, maybe doing cardio once in a while could also help! Hope this helps and good luck!
 
Well stop trying to lose weight by not eating, that wrecks your bodies metabolism and your body will end up storing more in fat cells when you actually do eat than it would otherwise. Try finding out exactly how much calories you are eating on a daily basis (yes count everything). Will give you an idea where you are at.
