Help with gym workout

Hi i am a 27 woman i am 5ft 4 and weigh 88kg and would like to get too 60kg anyway i started going to the gym and swimming twice a week

I would like to lose weight and tone up too has my belly is flabby after having kids

I would be going gym and swimming twice a week i would like to know how long i should go on each piece of equipment and that like

The other five days i walk my daughter to and fro from school which is up and down a mountain and dance around in my house i am seriously sad i know lol

Hey Amber,

You really would benifit from a jumpstart into training. I recommend either...

-Looking at the stickies on the forum in the nutrition and exercise section for a run down of the basic info

or

-Getting yourself a good book that helps you learn the proper education and guidelines

or

-Getting yourself a trainer to just tell you what it is you need to do and when and educate you as you go

For now your question is a little to vague so this is the best we can offer really. Still I hope this helps for the time being and good luck.

I agree with Leigh, I think taking some time to read the stickies here on the forum would benefit you greatly. I'd start with the 'words of wisdom' stickie.
