Sport Help With Dinner

I am trying to lose some weight and well i was wondering what would be something good to eat for dinner??
here is what i eat for brakefast and lunch
morning usualy a protein shake and for lunch usually a subway tuna sandwich but for dinner i dont really know what to eat usualy i eat a piece of grilled chicken or salad ....i usually eat after i work out since i work all day i only get to work out after 6 pm so usually i eat eather at 6:30 pm then work out or work out first then eat....also i have trouble with hunger i eat a sub 6 inch tuna and im sill hungry i dunno what to do about it can anyone help me with this
 
Some lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats.

Fish with Olive oil and sweet potato.
Grilled chicken. The mix some natural peanut butter in oatmeal (tastes really good)
Cottage cheese mixed with natural peanut butter, with a side of ezekiel bread.
Cook some 95% Lean ground beef, and use that as sauce for whole wheat pasta.
Or stir fry some kidney beans, ground beef, peppers, onions and cheese. Mimic chilie.
I also like to stir fry brown rice, chicken, peppers and onions.

I find peppers and onions make everything taste good :)
 
hey cool thanks...i know this is off topic but check this out i ate a tuna sub from subway saturday,monday and today thursday i didnt know that they were verry unhealthy because of all the mayonase am i pretty screwed for this week i been doing my routine as every weeek and i have lost 2 pounds every week but this week i have ate that tuna sub for lunch do you think im pretty screwed for this week or no?
 
I'm not sure what you're implying by "screwed for the week" but tuna subs are not the best choice for meals. from what you said about your diet, it seems like you should spend some time in the nutrition forum and absorb as much information as possible. You don't appear to be getting enough calories, carbs or fats.
 
yea well what i ment by screwed is do you think i wont be like the other weeks and lose atleast some weight? atleast a pound my goal for this week was to be in at 179 since last week i weighed in at 181 well hope i lose some weight...yea ive been told about the carbs fats and calories thing
the thing is i dont really know what to eat to tell y the trooth but yes i am going to look in here do some searching absorb as much info as i can with this forum

3. less starchy carbs
4. lift heavy weights several times a week
5. do some cardio for your heart

how many times a week should i lift? so far i do one day on one day off should i do more or change that routine? also what do you mean less starchy carbs? i do some cardio not much only 20-30 minutes a day as for protein i drink around 2-3 cups of protein shake every day is that enough or no? 5-7 meals a day wow should they be ligh heavy? can you give me an example like what would the 5-7 meals?

I usually do 1.25-1.5x bodyweight.
