if its not too much to ask, could you mention foods that i can carry on the go, this is becuase i am at uni quite alot and usually eat outside.

thanks in advance for your replys. :)

P.S, im a 5'8 male and weigh about 11.5 stones, if that helps at all :p

Beef, chicken, turkey, eggs, cottage chesse etc Whey is a good and cheap way to get your protein intake for the day but it should only add to your daily food intake.

Diet is very important for most trainee's you might want to start to learn more about it to take more advantage of your training.

right, whey by itself isnt gonna do much. your total meal plan in regards to caloric intake from protein, carbs and fats is where its at and will help determine gains.

when you're on the go, are you limited to what you can eat? like for instance, can you have a cooler nearby for cold items?

hmmm, a cooler? lol, no i dont think i can, but there must be some good food i can buy from the stores. at home im probley just gonna stuff down chicken, tuna, whey, milk etc. :D

sandwiches, fruits, nuts, canned tuna or chicken or salmon, protein shakes (powder in container, add water when needed), etc

sweet. thanks for all ur replies. :D
