Sport Help with Diet Plan

Im starting to take my diet and fitness alot more serious and need any and all help i can get when it comes to dieting.

First off. Im a 20 year old male, 5'7'', 165lbs.

I go to they daily for about an hour. and i have a job as a cook 4 days a week. so im very active.

Im trying to lose some fat in my lower stomach then bulk up with muscle. Can they both be done at the same time? or should i focus on slimming down. then work on building up muscle?

I like to eat 5-6 smaller meals each day. 1.Breakfast 2.Snack 3.Lunch 4. Snack 5.Dinner 6.Snack. I also take whey protein post workout and before bed. and a miltivitamin with breakfast

My general question is what foods should i eat for each meal/snack that would work with everything i stated above?

Any and all Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can build muscle, while simultaneously burning fat, but you cannot build significant muscle without increasing your caloric intake. It's very difficult to lean out when you are pounding the calories. You are better off choosing how you'd rather look and implement that particular food strategy.
