Help with creating an at-home, body weight workout?

I've been losing weight for roughly 2.5 years now...was 286, and am now down to 164. I'm 20 and 5'11.

I'm currently working on losing those last 8-9 pounds, but i'm now at a point where toning is a lot more relevant than it used to be. I had layers upon layers of fat that i had to get rid of before tightening and toning muscle became important so for the most part, i just focused on a lot of cardio to shed the fat. Now, a lot of the fat is gone and it's time to seriously work on toning. But i have a couple problems. I don't have equipment, or much of it. I have a set of 5 pound weights, a workout ball and an exercise trampoline. Also, i'm not all too experienced with toning and weight training. When i was solely doing cardio, that was easy...i did a kickboxing video and i ran stairs and ran in place and walked outside and worked a while on a stationary bike. But weight training/toning is a little bit harder. I'm having trouble working out exercises and reps and sets.

I don't have the funds for a gym membership or a meeting with a trainer at the moment, either.

Right now, i walk 4-6 miles 5-6 days a week. But i would like to add in some toning exercises. So if anyone could help out with a workout, that would be great. Thanks all.
