Sport "Help With Bulk"

Sport Fitness
Hi guys I need some help with designing a bulking diet, I will make a list of the foods I eat and If you guys could advise me on the timing & amount of food to consume In a 6 meal format I would be very gratful. My goal is to bulk up for 8 weeks/2months and possibly gaining 15-20 lbs. I would like this weight to be mainly increased muscle mass rather than excessive fat, However from my knowledge of bulking the caloric increase raises the body weight which is turn enables the person to lift heavier?

I dont think I would lable myself a "Hardgainer" yet I do appear to add size slowly, So any suggestions with increasing calories without feeling bloated or full will be widley accepted. Furthermore I will be lifting heavy 5days a week and using 1 day rest and the other for light cardio & small muscle group such as Abs. I will include further on how my training will look and you guys can critic it also and make suggestions. Yet Diet is crucial for me to nail down.

Stats:

Gender:Male
Weight:155-160 Lbs (Need to double check this)
Height:5"11
Bodyfat: Estimated 11-12%

Carbs Availiable to me:

Simple Carbs-Dextrose with Vitamin C & Banannas
Complex Carbs-Brown Rice, Wholegrain bread, Pasta (White) & Quaker Oats/Porridge.

Protein Availiable to me:-Eggs,Yellow fin Tuna, Chicken, Met Rx Whey Blend (2 scoops 39g Pro), Mozzerala Cheese, Linseeds, Semi Skimmed Milk & Minced Meat(Sometimes)

Fats Availiable to me:-Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Natural Peanut butter, Linseeds & Mozzerala Cheese.

Vitamins, Fruit & Veg:-Red & Green Peppers, Green Chilli's, Rocket Leaf, Mushroom, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Garlic, Sweetcorn, Oranges, Apples & Pineapple (Sometimes).

Foods I cant stomach:-Cottage cheese (All flavours), Brocolli, Cabbage & Pork.

Look forward to hearing from you

Anyone help me? Please guys

How about you make your own diet using your own time and then we will critic it instead of wanting us to do all the work for you.

1. I don't think you want to gain 15-20lbs in 2 months. If you want to gain this much weight in 2 months you need to understand that most of it is not going to be muscle. More than half will probably be fat.

When your trying to gain lean body mass, you shouldn't give yourself deadlines telling yourself " I am going to gain this much in this amount of time because that only promotes the accumulation of fat tissue.

A better idea would be to gain at a very slow pace of .5-1lb a week, and this way you'd be sure that most of the weight your gaining is muscle.

2. You want us to give you an outline of a diet, with the calorie and macro content but you never gave us some requires info like your maintenance intake and BMR.

3. Yes, when you are eating in a caloric surplus you should be making some pretty good gains in your lifts ( if your training hard enough )

4. Make sure to do some kind of cardio. Any form of cardio helps improve fat oxidation and will help a lot with keeping your fat gains down.

5. For your diet outline. It would generally be something like this

Morning - Protein and complex carbs
snack - Protein and carbs
Lunch - Protein and fats
Pre-workout meal - Protein and complex carbs
Post workout meal - Protein and fast acting carbs
Dinner - Protein and fat

6. If you ever do come back. Post your training routine.

Lots of us can't respond to a post within 12 hours on a Saturday, as we log in from work and spend the weekends being productive...

Khris you need to learn patience in your life, that is my advice for all things, including your current bulking cycle.
