Sport Help with Best Cooking Oils

Sport Fitness
What would be the best oil to cook my lean chicken with? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've narrowed it down to Olive Oil, Flax Oil, and Fish Oil. I've heard Fish Oil was the best, but I don't like seafood, so does it's taste resemble seafood? I use Olive Oil now, but I heard that it could be better, and that most of it's good nutritional values get cooked out of it easily. So that leaves me with Flax Oil. Is this a good choice?

personally i would stick with olive oil. i would think fish oil would be too expensive to be cooking with. its meant to be a supplement. cooking with it would seem to be wasteful. but if you got the money to blow, i guess it wont hurt.

ive never supplemented fish oil, but i hear it has a definate fish taste. cooking with it will probably dull the flavor a bit, not sure what it would do though.

you cannot cook with flax or fish oil. both have an extremely low smoking point.

olive oil, and peanut oil are my choices. Canola oil wouldn't be bad either.
