help with arms???

hi, as the title says i need help with my arms. i am 14 and at 28% body fat, so i need help with making them bigger and gaining muscle on them, also i can fit my whole hand around them
 
this is what i do for arms:
Chair tricep dips- 3 sets 10 reps
overhead dumbell extensions- 3 sets 8 reps
barbell curls-3 sets 10 reps
dumbell curls- 3 sets 8 reps
flat bench press- 3 sets 10 reps
21's- 3 sets
front raise barbell- 3 sets 10 reps
rows- 3 sets 10 reps

then i do skipping for 1 min 3 times.
 
if you want to get bigger arms you should take weight training in your school (if it is offered). also to gain muscle you have to eat protein and other important vitamins and such. if you are exercising try to exercise your bicep at least twice every day. leave a day in between so that the muscle can repair. i advice you not to focus only on bulking your biceps as this will cause a disporportional body.
