Guys, I was wondering If anyone is a bit more of an expert on the physical dictionary of workouts can help me convert some of the exercises in the following program (gym based) into other exercises that I dont need to go to the gym for but achieve the same or similar gains focusing on the same muscles.
My Home Equipment...
x2 Dumbells with weights up to like 15k in total (i can purchase a barbell bar if it helps)
and 1 cheap workout bench where I can do chest flys, incline chest flys etc just like this ()
Here is the workout plan...
Monday -- Chest
25 pushups
Nautilus chest press ----------- FOR EXAMPLE, Because i am not hitting gym I cannot do this one so what is another availiable workout option???
Nautilus incline press
Pec deck machine (chest fly)
Tuesday -- Back
5 pullups
Seated rows
Lat pulldowns
T-bar rows
Wednesday -- Shoulders
Arnold dumbbell press (like a military press, but start the action with palms facing in and end the action with palms facing out)
Lateral raises
Front raises
Thursday -- Biceps/Triceps
Nautilus curl machine
EZ cable curls
Hammer curls
Tricep pushdowns
Friday -- Cardio
