"plans" that is the premanufactured stuff - doesnt really work long term... because it leads to boredom and boredom can lead to binging.

You're at the age wehre you want to educate yourself on what proper nutrition is - given your age -I'd suggest getting an account at - it's a subsite of sparkpeople.com that's geared towards people in your age grou.

What it gives you is the ability to input yuor calories.. and it can also give you some suggestions.

BUT the important part - for the time being -is the inputting of your calories -as it gives you an awareness of what you are eating- and everything counts... basically if you bite it - write it... it might be alittle obsessive but unless you know what you're eating -- you cant make changes that will stay with you for the rest f your life.

Spend some tiem with the stickied threads -they'll help put together a good workout plan for you as well

BUT keep in mind that at your age - your body is still developing and growing- and needs proper nutrition you do not want your calories to drop too low...

fitday didn't used to let minors create accounts... if you lied about your age to create the account you might not be gettting an accurate calorie requirement assessment.

What is the suggested calorie range it gave you..

sparkteens is geared more towards teens...

hmm i dunno i used my real birth date, but sparkteens only lets you loose 1 lb a week and i want to loose like 3 a week, isint that safe still?

so then why doesnt weight stay off?
