Sport Help with a diet, please!

Sport Fitness
I'm trying to lose weight, but I also want a cut look like Bruce Lee (although obviously not as amazing, that's the basic look I'm going for). I'm 6'1 and a month or so ago I weighed 167. I figure 160 or a couple pounds lower would be a good place to start, but I need help with my diet!

Here's my workout plan (every other day)
-Jump rope for 15-20 minutes
-Jog for 10 minutes
-Use Bowflex for 20-30 minutes using their 10 basic workouts to start with, before I buy myself some weights.

You guys know what I mean though.

From what I have read, for this type of body I should probably focus on vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. However, if I am right about this, can someone show me a diet based around that?

All of the different names and things are hard to understand for me, and I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me some advice or lay a diet out for me. I'm pretty picky when it comes to food, but I'll try :)

That body took years to develop. Any diet should consist of vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.

Just get yourself started and use the picture for motivation.

Thanks guys, I went to the store and bought some skinless chicken thighs, white rice, and corn. I'll buy more stuff as it is suggested. What should I have for breakfast? Cereal? What kind is best?

Hi- I have found that oatmeal is best. It adds fiber & really stays with you. Adding salt & cinnamon helps too. Along with that, you may want to eat some egg whites for protein. To achieve the effect you desire, you want to eat low fat protein, cut the fat. You want to drop body fat & not necessarily lose weight according ot the scale. :)

Starchy carbs, like white rice and corn are probably not the best things to eat a lot of if you are trying to loose body fat. For carbs concentrate on low glycemic index vegetables and fruits.

All Bran Cereal is probably the best kind of cereal. You can alternate between oatmeal and All Bran. Make sure you get a cereal with a lot of fiber in it and All Bran has that.
