Sport Help with a daily diet?

Hey all!

Basically i'm looking to get fairly big, but not huge.

At the moment i have no diet, and i want to eat 5 meals a day that i can prepare the night before. This is where i need help!!


This is what i was thinking..

Breakfast(6-10am): Muesli with semi-skimmed milk

Lunch(11am-2pm): Pasta?(How much pasta?) tin of tuna chunks in brine with sweetcorn and salad cream

Dinner(6pm-7pm): Chicken breast(how much??) broccoli, carrots..



I know thats really basic but it's all i can make out at the moment, if anyone can fill in gaps, correct i would be very thankful, thank you!
