So, I've been working out the past summer and I've lost 25+ pounds so far and continuing. I've gone from a 38 waist to a 34-35 but the issue is I have to wear a 36 due to my calves.
I know there's no target spotting but is there any exercises or anything in general that I can do to slim my calves down to normal size? I hate having big calves/legs, it's pretty depressing to me.
